Response to the Government’s race disparity audit.

It is important for equality, diversity and inclusion to be at the forefront of every organisation on all levels. Workplaces that bring in good equality, diversity and inclusion practises have shown to bring significant impact to the business, workforce and the economy.

The audit published by Prime Minister Theresa May brings together some startling statistics about where we as an economy stand with regards to equality, diversity and inclusion in the workplace. Change is happening – albeit slow – but we must remain positive and actively contribute to remove any removing any bias to ethnicity in a bid to boost economic productivity of Britain and creating a nation inclusive for all.
